I needed to have a piano moved from one home (Halton Hills) to Inglewood. Braymore came in at the lowest price with a savings of at least $200. Due to an unscheduled event I had to move the scheduled moving date out by one day and they easily accommodated the change with no price adjustment. The movers were courteous and professional at both locations. Something I was happy to hear because I was not on site at either of the two homes. Would highly recommend them.

From the very beginning this has been an amazing experience! Sonia kicked this off with her polite and kind demeanour! The reply time to my questions were immediate, and precise! The scheduling process was very easy! The day of, the movers at the pickup location were kind, gentle with the piano, quick and efficient! They had very good manners as well. At the drop off location I was greeted in a pleasant way! They were once again, quick, gentle, accommodating! And most importantly the price was very GOOD! I would recommend this service to anyone who needs to move something precious!!

Needed a 350 lb Gas Range delivered to my home that involved it having to be lifted "over" the kitchen counters in order to gain entry.
Sonia @ Braymore asked all the pertinent questions, understood the perplexity, (asked for photos)& provided a quote for the job within a few hours.
Job was booked for the exact date I needed, on the morning of, Sonia called to confirm a delivery time window which was honoured!
The crew that arrived was polite, & explained exactly how they were going to accomplish the task, had all of the specialized equipment they needed & proceeded to do so without a hitch.

There was no onerous paperwork to pre-sign, the price quoted was the
price honoured.
After having received high pressure sales tactics from a number of other Moving companies that I had requested quotes from ( not to mention outrageous price quotes!)...I can honestly say that Braymore will now be my only go-to for any futher moving needs...

Moving a Yamaha Grand piano & Hammond organ from Mississauga to Penetanguishene; involving some stairs. Excellent professional service! Instruments were treated with care.

Efficient, picked up and delivered my piano on time, excellent and very helpful crewa perfect trifecta!

I've had this piano delivered once and moved once. The delivery in 2018 was a nightmare. Picture the 3 stooges moving a baby grand... and you'd understand. And they damaged my brand new N3X. It wasn't horrible... but it was. Braymore was not involved in this delivery.

The move in June 2023 made me apprehensive... until 4 guys from Braymore showed up on time and wanted to help. They secured the lid to the piano with cling wrap... brilliant. it doesn't scratch and it will never break. At each step... legs, pedals, the guys were communicating so well with each other. Everyone knew what they were doing, each one treated that piano like it deserved to be treated. Down the steps, onto the truck ramp, up, and into the truck, and secured... everyone calling out what was next, where to lift, when to roll... it was great.

Then we get to it's new home. 6 steps up and it's going to be a tough one. Until I step outside and watch the truck pull right up to the steps, open the ramp, raise the ramp and back that ramp right over the main landing to the house. They just did away with six steps... I couldn't believe it. They rolled that piano out of the truck, onto the ramp, up over the door threshold and into the house. Incredible. Not one stair did they have to climb. These guys are brilliant.

I couldn't be happier and I am so pleased I choose the best company and got the best guys to move my piano.

The team was great - I submitted online Sunday for a quote and got a response Monday with a detailed and reasonable price. I called that day to book the move date for later that week. The team that showed up for my move were very polite, responsible and made the move a stress free experience.

They were able to move the piano through a tight space without damaging the Property at all and was sure to ask exactly where in the room I wanted to piano + helped me try to make it level when we realized the floor was uneven in that spot.

I would absolutely recommend using this team and will be calling them again to assist with any Piano needing moves in the future.

The project involved relocating a 54" Heintzman upright grand piano from a second story house in Scarborough to our house in Markham. Additionally, our existing piano required to be removed. The difficulty here was the size of the piano in relation to the stairs and landing. Two other movers would not do the work. Braymore was fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and methodical in their work. The piano was moved and relocated without incident.
