Flawless service from start to finish! Sonia provided a quote on the same day, and we got our preferred moving date 4 weeks later. Got loads of info and were given a 3-hour window for pick up and for delivery. Gary, Ty & Trillium were on time, extremely professional, and moved our upright piano safely from Hamilton to Toronto. Paying for professional piano movers is worth every cent, they know what they are doing. Finding out the service elevator was out of commission when they arrived, they patiently navigated their way from a loading dock through winding hallways to the elevator and didn't rush or seemed stressed at all. We are very happy with the service from the entire team. Highly recommend Braymore for any your moving needs.

Superb service from start to finish. Braymore was at our church on two occasions - removal of our old steeple, and installation of the new steeple. We were somewhat apprehensive about this project, anticipating it might be complicated and costly.

None of our concerns were borne out. Both Greg in the office and Markus on site were a pleasure to work with. Very reassuring, knowledgeable, patient. We had to add some aluminum flashing on the day the new steeple was installed; time consuming, but Markus was good-humoured and assisting where he could.

Braymore is at the top of their game! I hired them for an extremely complex move of a mega upright piano, after being referred to them by previous clients and even competitors. Some other companies wouldnt even consider moving my piano out of my townhouse basement due to a challenging layout and narrow stairwell. The 4 men who came to do the move were courteous, knowledgeable and creative. The complex layout at the origin and the destination definitely posed some unique obstacles but I felt that I could trust the team. Everything worked out and my piano was not damaged in the move. I will only call Braymore if I need to move again!

I decided to use Braymore to move and store a Baby Grand Piano while my floors were being sanded and stained. I chose Braymore based on a reference from someone in the music industry. It has been a positive experience. Once I agreed on a date I received a call on the day of the move from Sonya telling me when I could expect the movers. Once Gary and his crew arrived they did a good job dismantling and moving the piano. His team was very experienced and wasted no time in moving the piano. It wasn't cheap but I believe it was worth it and I would recommend their services.

My partner and I were super anxious in getting our sofa into our new home because of how narrow they make the doors and stairways in new developments these days. Amanda was super helpful in booking and understanding the logistics of the process. During what we call Crane Day 2024, I must say Mike the Crane Operator was absolutely phenomenal. He was reassuring, came super early to make sure the truck was in place and a delight to work with. Ben and Jacob were our movers that day, and again, super excellent at their jobs. They ensured nothing was damaged and that the sectional was positioned well for us to unbox. The whole process was over very quickly! Overall, I would totally recommend Braymore for anyone needing their services - make sure you get Mike, Ben and Jacob!

I had to move a 12ft Swim Spa into my backyard through a very thigh driveway and around the garage. Greg was very helpful and organized the move very well with their versatile spider crane to get through all the tight spots. The crew was professional and very careful all the landscaping around. Recommended for the speciality moves.

I needed my new hot tub craned into my back yard. Everything went smoothly from the booking with Amanada to the actual delivery. The crane operator was very knowledgeable and skilled as it was a very tight space to get into, he made it seem like a walk in the park!
