Flawless service from start to finish! Sonia provided a quote on the same day, and we got our preferred moving date 4 weeks later. Got loads of info and were given a 3-hour window for pick up and for delivery. Gary, Ty & Trillium were on time, extremely professional, and moved our upright piano safely from Hamilton to Toronto. Paying for professional piano movers is worth every cent, they know what they are doing. Finding out the service elevator was out of commission when they arrived, they patiently navigated their way from a loading dock through winding hallways to the elevator and didn't rush or seemed stressed at all.
