Getting custom double doors for an older home and getting to design it yourself is not a standard thing unless you're Sunview Windows and doors. They are amazing and such nice people to work with.
It was actually cheaper in the long run, even at $5000 as the door opening was not standard. My beautiful door from Germany is custom fit and I designed it! I highly recommend them.
