Our Furnace broke down on a Friday night in the middle of winter. This is nightmare fuel for any Canadian home-owner. Based on a word-of-mouth referral, we contacted Ed from Evam Canada. Ed arrived shortly after our phone call and began troubleshooting the furnace. He informed us the heat-exchanger required a replacement. While this was unfortunate news, Ed was able to provide rough estimates to replace the heat-exchanger v.s. replacing the furnace with 3-tier pricing options. We opted to purchase a new furnace from Evam Canada.

To summarise our experience:

Ed was professional, courteous and took the time to answer all our questions.

Ed showed excellent attention to detail and ensured the job was completed without any issues.

Ed arrived on time and was able to complete the job in a single day.

Ed was considerate with our basement flooring by laying carpet throughout the work areas.

Even though extra effort was required for our furnace (ventilation and wiring), Ed did not deviate from his original estimate.

Ed was kind enough to offer us electric heaters while we wait for the furnace to install
and assisted us with rewiring our furnace to our new thermostat.

We had a tankless water heater installed by Ed and the team at EVAM. All I can say is customer service is alive and well with this company! From the first time I met Ed, he was responsive, patient (explaining everything and answering questions) and always making sure that we were satisfied with what was being done. I can't recommend EVAM high enough - honest, trustworthy, professional - a true class act!!

Excellent experience with Ed and the team. Ed advised me on all my options with pros and cons for each but was never pushy or salesy and left the ultimate decision to me after I had done my own research, which I really appreciated. When they came to do what was a relatively tricky install of the new Bryant 926T furnace they did a great job and left everything clean. Will definitely be using Evam again in the spring for an air con install as well. Thanks Ed!

We hired Evam Canada to replace our old whole house furnace and AC systems. Emad and his team did a phenomenal job and exceed my expectations many times over. As we had to replace our heat pump and furnace, we contacted Ed who together with Andre from Evam Canada Inc. provided us with excellent and professional service. Ed is one of most honest and agreeable persons that we have had the pleasure in dealing with. They replaced the Air conditioner, Furnace and humidifier with the required modifications to the ductwork at a very comparable and acceptable cost within our budget. The work was very well executed with a high quality of workmanship, and we have no hesitation in recommending Evam Canada Inc.

I was about to go for lower end centra AC unit with high noise, less tonnage, and higher price, but I was lucky to meet Emad through a social connection who offered me 2 Tons Bryant AC for a very good price.

Just had EVAM Canada in to replace an old A/C. Director Ed was outstanding! He’s honest, gives you his opinion, yet respects your needs. Extremely kind and courteous with almost 40 years of experience, the work completed was outstanding. Definitely recommend them.

I have used Evam Canada Inc. services to install a central air conditioner at my home.
