After a storm with high winds, a roofing cap tile was displaced from a row of townhomes in East York and was visible in my gutter. Unaware of which townhome that was impacted with a loose tile, I called in for a roof inspection.
Along with brief a description and photos that I provided of the loose tile; Gitano made an appointment for the roof inspection with Slavik in the Service department.
After a prompt and courteous inspection, Slavik provided photos of my roof as well that of my neighbours roofs which showed no impact or loose tiles on my home or that of my neighbours.
Gitano photos of our homes provided credibility of the inspection in providing a professional roofing service by Gitano. The pictures indicate that the inspection was well done and completed easing my concerns.
Slavik is a courteous and polite gentlemen and Gitano should be proud of their Professional service personnel.

We highly recommend Gitano Roofing for your next roof project. They were thorough from the quote right to the day the new roof was installed. They are well organized from providing us samples, to having the the bin dropped off/ picked up as well as the shingles. After the install, they cleaned up and also went out of their way to adjust one of our gutters. That was considerate and very much appreciated. They also ensure that your neighbours property is taken care of as well. Sabrina was great to deal with and communicated each step of the way. Overall the process went smoothly!

Gitano did an amazing job on my roof replacement. Did not cut any corners and high quality work and materials. A couple of years later I requested warranty service and it was easy, fast (like same day!), and hassle-free. Gitano Roofing installed a new roof at our property in 2018, and we are delighted with the company's services. Slavik and his crew were very professional in installing the new shingles and did a great job. We called many companies for estimation, but Gitano Roofing gave us the best competitive package, including the labour and warranty. The company completed the installation in a well timely manner, as they promised. The crew ensured our property was 100% clean after finishing the work. Recently, I called the company and requested Slavik to come by to inspect the roof. We found some shingles in our backyard after a high-wind snowstorm. Slavik came the next day to inspect the roof and found no damage to the roof. As Gitano Roofing promised a warranty, including the services free for fifteen years, Slavik did not charge a penny and inspected the roof free of charge.

I got my roof replaced by Gitano 3 years ago. No problems since. I once thought there was a problem about leaking, and they responded promptly by coming by and getting up on the roof. Turned out the problem was not the roof leak but a cold corner in my closet. Would highly recommend them in the future!

I got multiple quotes for my roof, and Gitano was one of the most affordable while still using quality shingles and having WSIB covered properly trained roofers.

Flat roof repair and shingles on back roof. Through investigation of roof when providing estimate and clear quote provided explaining expenses. The team was able to start and complete early due to good weather this winter. Quoted clearly and done in two days. Reasonable addition of some framing required for a dormer. Great experience. Will definitely recommend this team to others.

4th company I called. Slavik told me he would not leave until he found the leak. This was Dec.25/23, yes Christmas day. He did find the leak in 20 minutes. He was positive, knowledgeable, polite. He made me feel so relieved as we were leaving on vacation that evening for 2 weeks. He said he would fix it in my absence and send the bill later. He did that. His service was nothing short of fantastic. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

I called about a concern with my roof and Slavik from Gitano Roofing showed up right away in the middle of the winter to do an inspection. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge as he explained that it was an air intake issue and what steps I could take to have it addressed. His honesty in pointing me in the right direction and not recommending unnecessary work was greatly appreciated.
