I contacted Jeff to help resolve issues with a leaking laundry tub and with a broken & leaking toilet. His service was prompt and professional. Jeff offered different solutions and I was able to choose the ones that best fit my personal needs. I really appreciated this collaborative approach and am very happy with the outcome.

I had the windows in my 3 storey house cleaned inside and out today and the crew did an exceptional job. They were prompt, courteous and left my windows in much better shape than when they arrived. This is the second time I have used "What a View" and would whole-heartedly recommend their service.

The plumber from Express Rooter was on time, took the time to explain all the work he proposed to do and completed the work efficiently. He took the time to check all of his work once water service was restored to my house (later that same day) and provided helpful advice to keep taps flowing well.

Imran's service is second to none. He is very thorough in the work that he undertakes and ensures that full explanations are provided when repairs are either imminent or necessary. In addition to being prompt and courteous, Imran is always pleasant no matter how hectic his schedule. Imran has been providing service to my gas fireplace for several years (most recently yesterday!) and has kept it in perfect operating order.

Over the past 2 years, Ken has been to my home several times to deal with different animals that were trying to take up residence in or on my house. In each case he worked quickly and eliminated the problem. This included raccoons in my roof, birds in the fascia, a squirrel in my basement and, most recently mice in my kitchen. Way too much wildlife too close at hand! On his last visit, Ken recommended creating a barrier around one part of the foundation of the house where the mice were most likely entering. I agreed that preventing access was much better than continuously baiting and trapping. Ken's service is prompt, friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend Gotcha Wildlife for quick and humane removal of unwanted 'pests' in or around your home.

Andrew responded quickly to my appeal for help (!) and then ensured that my large perennial garden was made to look lovely once more. He removed dead trees (planted by a previous gardener in a place where there was no sun), divided perennials and made several recommendations for improvements that I can implement over time. He has continued with weekly lawn/garden service and the yard has not looked better in many years. I absolutely recommend the service provided by Andrew Stonehouse.
