Troy Transportation Moving And Storage

2 plates broken, 1 dresser with a little scratch, other than that our move went surprisingly well. When you spend hours researching for a good moving company, all the bad stuff about long distance moving companies certainly makes a person nervous, but after this experience I’m quite pleased at how easy the whole process was. The people in the office were quick to respond to messages and emails, the men at the pick up were very thorough in wrapping up the big stuff and stickering all the boxes, the delivery guys were quick and happy to put the items where we requested, the office even followed up after to make sure everything went well. All in all this move was great and I was more than happy to write this review when troy asked me to. I wouldn’t hesitate to use troy transportation again!

We are very big family and have moved from Calgary to Ontario. This is probably the best company we have had moved. They were very polite, understanding of certain objects items importance to us. Now with every move even the best company cannot keep 100% of the items un-damaged. But this company didn't break a single thing!!! Yes there were a few things that maybe had a very small scratches/dings...but it would happen eventually. i would recommend them for everyone.

Troy just helped us move from Halifax to Uxbridge, I have no complaints. Th guys were quick and the price was pretty close to the quote. Happy to give them a perfect review becase my experience was painless and went the way it was supposed too. Thanks to the girls in the office for keeping usurp to date with all the times and information

We moved from Toronto to San Jose, CA with troy Moving. Had a good experience. They really helped us out with the paperwork. I only had a temp visa which meant a lot of checking at the border, but Troy had brokers at the border and worked everything out for us.
I had a good experience and my rep always responded to my questions right away. I was happy with the service.
When the stuff arrived, there was 1 small carpet that they forgot at the warehouse, but i got that back on their next run, which was great.

I used tr for my long distance moving. I have 5 bedroom house , you can guess how much it did coast me. But i have no complaints. Everything went smooth at the pick up. 5 men came for pick up, they packed and loaded everthing in 2.5 hours. That is awesome.
At the delivery i was expecting to see couple scratches, or damages on my furnitures. Because of reviews in internet. But i got 0 (zero) damaged item. Maybe i was lucky, but i dont think so, b/c i just loved the movers packing, was very professional, fast, safe, gentle. Thanks all.
