2 plates broken, 1 dresser with a little scratch, other than that our move went surprisingly well. When you spend hours researching for a good moving company, all the bad stuff about long distance moving companies certainly makes a person nervous, but after this experience I’m quite pleased at how easy the whole process was. The people in the office were quick to respond to messages and emails, the men at the pick up were very thorough in wrapping up the big stuff and stickering all the boxes, the delivery guys were quick and happy to put the items where we requested, the office even followed up after to make sure everything went well. All in all this move was great and I was more than happy to write this review when troy asked me to. I wouldn’t hesitate to use troy transportation again!
