I wrote a review last week and was contacting the same day by the owner (who by the way has fantastic record keeping as well because he still had all of my contact information) my review stated I was overall happy with the job done but did have a few areas I wasn't 100% satisfied with because I thought they were a bit messy. The NEXT DAY Kevin was at my home fixing the areas that bothered me (he wasn't the one who did the initial job for the company) Kevin went above and beyond and absolutely stunned both my husband and I (and our neighbors) He is a master of his trade and exceeded all of my expectations of perfection.
I can guarantee if you are thinking of hiring this company you will not be disappointed. Everything is 100%, from customer service, product, craftsmanship and work being done in a timely fashion.

I was preparing my house for sale and had a crew from Costa come over to ensure the window caulking on the outside was fit for purpose.

I thought for the great price we agreed on that they would do a quick but adequate job. Boy was I wrong. They did an AMAZING! Job.

They removed all the old caulking from every window & door for the entire house, and this is a big house! They had a crew of 6 and took only 4.5 Hours to do everything. The inspector who came to inspect my home pointed out how good great the caulking on the house was..

Small touches, like fixing small imperfections in mortar for bricks etc were also attended to, without even asking.

Costa Caulking replaced our caulking approximately 3 years ago. Recently we had some water leaking from a window, and we questioned if it was the caulking. We called Costa Caulking and spoke to David Costa who kindly sent a service rep in the same day. The service rep was very polite, professional and checked the window showing me it was not the caulking but condensation. He also answered any questions I had. I appreciated that the service rep was honest and did not push any services that were not required. His visit was also free of charge. An honest company who shows dedication to their work and services.

My advice is look no further. This is the company to do business with. First, David is very honest. He came to provide me a quote. When I asked him, he told me my windows caulking can last another year. I chose to do it this year anyways. Also he told my neighbor he can wait several years. This tells me that he is horniest. Secondly, his quote is competitive. Lastly, his crew is professional. They arrived on time, the work is done very nicely. They cleaned up the garbage. I had a chat with the crew, they told me David is the best. Payment is done professionally as well. He'll email me the invoice, I'll mail him the check. Everything gives me the comfort feeling when dealing with this company. Thank you David.
