I wrote a review last week and was contacting the same day by the owner (who by the way has fantastic record keeping as well because he still had all of my contact information) my review stated I was overall happy with the job done but did have a few areas I wasn't 100% satisfied with because I thought they were a bit messy. The NEXT DAY Kevin was at my home fixing the areas that bothered me (he wasn't the one who did the initial job for the company) Kevin went above and beyond and absolutely stunned both my husband and I (and our neighbors) He is a master of his trade and exceeded all of my expectations of perfection. I can guarantee if you are thinking of hiring this company you will not be disappointed. Everything is 100%, from customer service, product, craftsmanship and work being done in a timely fashion.
