Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed with Costa Caulking. I wrote a review last week and was contacting the same day by the owner (who by the way has fantastic record keeping as well because he still had all of my contact information) my review stated I was overall happy with the job done but did have a few areas I wasn't 100% satisfied with because I thought they were a bit messy. The NEXT DAY Kevin was at my home fixing the areas that bothered me (he wasn't the one who did the initial job for the company) Kevin went above and beyond and absolutely stunned both my husband and I (and our neighbors) He is a master of his trade and exceeded all of my expectations of perfection.
I can guarantee if you are thinking of hiring this company you will not be disappointed. Everything is 100%, from customer service, product, craftsmanship and work being done in a timely fashion.

I contacted Costa Caulking in the fall of 2014 to do caulking for our entire house (siding and windows and interior kitchen and showers) after it was recommended to us after dealing with a serious water leak that damaged the entire front of our house. I was put in contact with the gentleman who takes care of the "northerners" he came out and gave us a quote and told us everything that would be done. There was a few weeks lead time which was fine with us as we were aware the job could be done as it got colder. On the day of service the guys were held back at another job so it started late at our home, the guys worked until it was past dark. They ended up having to come back another day to finish, which was fine. Overall we're very happy with the job, I'm extremely neurotic so I do see some caulking around windows I wish was neater. We've noticed a few places that were missed so we will be calling back to get those taken care of and we have some areas in the house we would like them to do (lets me honest with an entire house to do that's siding, with so many seams there is bound to be areas missed). They did do caulking a few places in the home (kitchen and around showers) and it is absolutely flawless.
