An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
What a great experience! We chose Tom and Clearview because of the great reviews on Homestars and we were certainly not disappointed. Tom was prompt to respond, professional and detailed in explanations.
We preferred a professional home inspection prior to our 1-year tarion warranty claim and we are glad we did. The use of infrared found improperly installed insulation upstairs, which we would have NEVER caught otherwise! Other things were found that I doubt even the average inspector would have noticed. In addition to all the necessary changes that we should have claimed, Tom gave us excellent advice for basic care of our home. Rest assured that he will be recommended to our family in the future.
