I had a very positive experience by hiring "Reliable Home Inspection" to perform a home inspection. Manjur Mirza inspected my single family home built in the 1990s.

After having a bad experience a long time ago with another home inspector I decided that this time I would find the best inspector possible. I did some research in the industry and found that Manjur Mirza was highly recommended.

I contacted him by email and setup an appointment within a few days. He came on-time, he came organised, he was very professional and the most important was he was very knowledgable and he new what he was doing.

He picked up on the missing details. He took his time looking at the structure, furnace, a/c and electrical panels. He was in the attic and under the sinks.

He is very qualified and had up to date knowledge of the Building Code and latest building trends. He has a Professional Engineer designation in Ontario.

Lastly he came with a infrared camera that allowed him to see details behind walls. It was neat that he found an area that had a missing piece of insulation within the wall and one section of drywall had missing drywall screws.

I highly recommend him.

Manjur conducted a full inspection of the home we intend to purchase, and compiled an impressive report detailing all of the potential deficiencies. Thermal imaging verified proper construction, wiring, plumbing and insulation. Excellent service at an excellent price.

We were preparing for our 1 year new home inspection. Manjur was prompt in communicating both through email and phone. He was on time and came prepared with many tools of the trade. He explained his approach, conducted the inspection calling things to our attention as he went. After completion he took the time to review what he found and answer questions. He completed the detailed report within a day and met back with us to go over the report (written and pictures cross referenced) and clarified anything needed. We are happy with the services in general and specific to Manjur finding things we had not, both due to his tools and his vast knowledge.

My home was inspected by Mr. Manjur Mirza, who is a qualified engineer in the province. He spent almost a full day to go through thoroughly each and every aspect of my home. Mr. Mirza found out defects which we would not have been able to spot, which were subsequently rectified by the builder. His charges are also very reasonable compared to the competition. He had the latest technologically advanced equipment to do his work. I am very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him.

Manjur was prompt for our appt. He was a very happy, straighforward and very polite, knowledgeble individual. I am an inspector myself however not as trained and equipped with that AMAZING INFRARED $8000 camera that he finds everything wrong with your home. He inspected places where an "inspector" like me never usually checks. I inspected the home the week before and only found 1/2 the deficiencies he pointed out. His knowledge of structure and HVAC, plumbing, insulation, electrical is way above his qualifications. As an inspector, contractor, builder I needed the best inspector for my $2million purchase. Manjur was extremely diligent and provided a very detailed home inspection report. He carefully inspected each room in the house and explained his findings as we went along. He did not cut any corners, examining the attic, walking on the roof and using a thermal camera to take pictures. My realtor was also very impressed and took a copy of his card. I would not hesitate to recommend Manjur. His services were excellent.
