Manjur was very reliable, timely and used the latest technology to help identify potential problem areas in the duplex we were purchasing. Overall, we were very happy with his services and he is affordable.

I had Manjur inspect 2 homes. 2 homes because in the first one he found cracks in the foundation that would have been expensive to repair, so I ended up going for another house instead. He showed up on time for each inspection and thoroughly checks the various parts of the house. He has the infrared camera which quickly reveals water where water shouldn't be among other things.

He was very professional and thorough with inspection. Help to locate a lot of defects that were covered up by the builder. The written report was very detailed and pictures helped to point out the defects on tarion reports. Thank you for great service.

Manjur did a very thorough inspection of my new Larco home. His job was done very meticulously, verifying every minute detail of the structure and fixtures. He took clear pictures, and provided them to me in colour so I could see where and what the problem was. It was due to his detailed analysis that I ensured the builder corrected even the smallest errors. Manjur is the best house inspector that I ever used. I conditionally bought a 50 years old house. He inspected every corner of the house, provided me with thorough reports and explained them in details. He is extremely knowledgable and dedicated person. I highly recommend him to anyone I know!
