We invited Manjur for a home inspection for a 3-bedroom bungalow that we are buying. He exceeded our expiations with respect to the quality of the inspection. It was a through and detailed inspection. His gadgets do not allow hiding a lack of insulation or leaks from the past. Although he revealed many minor issues but now we know what exactly should be fixed.

I was referred by one of my friends and then called Manzur Mirza to do the house inspection for me. He did a thorough inspection, explained patiently whenever I asked any question while he was working. Never feel he was disturbed by my questions.
I was impressed with the tool he has which he use to see the insulation behind the dry wall.
I am totally satisfied with his work as well as his manners.

Mr Manjur was the home inspector for my first time buy. I would say, he is a very competent inspector and he knows his job very well. If someone wants very detail and deeper inspection he is the perfect person. He explain and shows everything as the inspection goes on. He inspects from foundation to attic with great care.
