Mr. Manjur is very professional and very reliable. I saw the reviews on homestars and I hired his services after reading the reviews. He delivers what he promises and is very punctual. He did an amazing work for us and we will always use his services. He accompanied us for our PDI and found so many defects that needed attention which otherwise you won't see with bare eyes. He has also got the perfect tools for the job. When you pay so much for your first house, it is worth every penny to have a proper PDI done as it serves as proof the problems existed before you took possession of the house. He takes the time to explain how to maintain and lots of tips for our house care. In short, he is the best person to have with you for any inspection (PDI, 24 hr, 30 days etc...). Most importantly, he took his time to verify every single place and didn't rush his work. A lot of people are into the inspection business, but not every one is an engineer and so perfectly well equipped than Mr. Manjur.
