Do not fall for the FAKE reviews this guy gets on his website because we did. We just realized that it is virtually impossible that 80 people gave him a perfect 10/10 score. We then actually read these reviews and realized we were duped.

We have seen this person's work and it is terrible. He gives does a BASIC inspection and presents it on a cheap DOLLAR store binder with generic "fill in the blanks" reports. I've had inspections before and the reports from other inspectors were detailed and presented in a professional matter. He is also very quiet and doesn't explain things well to the point that we never knew if it was a big deal or not. Whenever we ask if the problem is a big problem or not he would just tell us to "seek professional advice"... really?
My advice is to avoid, we created an account to warn others not to fall for the fake reviews about this guy.

I would highly recommend Manjur for his detailed, meticulous and professionalism. I am very impressed with the result of the thermal image, which identified the improper insulation at the Attic and poor performance of AC. I really have a piece of mind with his inspection

Very thorough and professional! I was worried I would find someone that would spend all the time on their computer rather than looking at the house, but Manjur was fantastic! He had all the fancy gear and showed me everything he saw, while talking me through it and explaining what I needed to know. Manjur did two inspections for us. The first inspection helped us not to buy a lemon. Using his thermal imaging he spotted a problem that would be impossible to find without it - mice infestation in the attic. He also did an inspection on our second property and passed that one. We highly recommend him. He is thorough, reliable, punctual, honest and extremely professional.
