On reference from a friend I contacted Manjur for a home inspection service at a relatively short notice. Since this was a first experience we wanted to be guided through this process. Manjur graciously accepted to carry out the inspection. We found Manjur thoroughly professional and reliable. He identified and patiently outlined to me in detail items that need to be fixed. I read all of the ratings and was a little skeptical as to how one person could rack up all of these positive ratings with the competitors having few or none. After doing some homework I decided to give Reliable Home Inspection a chance. Having now worked with Mr. Manjur Mirza for my inspection, I now understand why. His knowledge of building codes, best practices and engineering, as well as being equipped with the right tools, gives him the ability to effectively analyze and report on any looming concerns in the house. He spent 3 hours in the property and gave us an organized binder with a full report on the state of the home along with 150 photos (electronically). He also gave us some sound advice on how to improve the home in the long run to increase efficiency, things i would have never thought of. Also, I would like to add that his rates are indeed quite fair and extremely competitive.

I feel much more comfortable making my purchase after his inspection.

We hired Mr. Manjur to inspect a house we are buying. He is extremely professional. The quality of his inspection stunned me and the home seller who is also a home builder. He uses state of the art inspection equipments like thermal camera to look through the wall. This was suppose to be a visual inspection, but Mr. Manjur goes a way beyond... I recently had Manjur perform an inspection of a house I am planning to purchase. The experience was most enjoyable as Manjur is courteous, extremely knowledgeable in his field, very professional and did not mind taking time during the inspection to explain what he was seeing. At the end we also did a complete walkthrough recapping what was previously identified and discussed in greater details, along with other observation I has made. What really impressed me was that along with the identified problem, Manjur provided, not only 1 solution, but a range of solution from "on a budget" to "cost is not an issue" as well as priority of what needs to be completed first.

Manjur's inspection was especially thorough! He took his time inspecting every aspect of the house, and without him I might have purchased the biggest mistake of my life. He is my go-to Inspector from now on! I also want to mention that he booked me on very short notice, which I appreciated.

Manjur conducted a thorough inspection of the house from the attic to the basement. In every room, he inspected the moisture content in the walls, the air flow through the temperature, draft and seal between the windows and a thermal imaging scan of the walls. Although the house looked spotless and perfect, he identified various critical issues and other minor faults that had to be addressed. He found mice infestation problem in the attic and based on that he checked specific locations that mice hide through out the house to look for mice droppings. This revealed that the problem was not localized to the attic but spread through out the house. He also checked all the wiring thorough out the house, ventilation in the attic and the rain water drain. His inspection into the furnace unit also identified that it had not been serviced or maintained in a long time. Due to the short time line in which the condition for the sale of the house had to be met, he provided a written report outlining the critical flaws and a recommended timeline in which to address them.

I was highly pleased by his service and would highly recommend him to others.
