This is the third time I requested Manjur from Reliable Home Inspection & Thermal Imaging Inc to conduct a pre-purchase home inspection. He is very methodical, precise and thorough in his inspection and findings. He is also very well equipped with most recent imaging cameras that will highlight defects in the building structures.
The second and third time I contacted Manjur with very short notice and he was able to accommodate and perform the inspection on-time. For the second inspection he helped to find some issues that helped us to take the right decision to not purchase the property. This helped to avoid extra cost that we were going to encounter if the inspector did not notice the issues.

This is the second time we sought Manjur to conduct a pre-purchase home inspection. He is methodical and thorough in his work and attentive to the client's needs.
On both occasions he accomodated us in very short order. Due to his diligence and meticulous reporting we were successful to avoid tens of thousands of dollars in hidden costs, for example presence of asbestos in therisers, structural gap between the old and new parts of the home and the poor grading leading to water seepage in the basement, etc. I highly recommend Manjur, if you want to protect yourself against unforseen expenses when buying your next home.

We recently had a pre-purchase inspection performed by Manjur. He was very thorough and detailed in his work. I especially liked the thermal imaging camera that Manjur used to pinpoint areas of missing insulation and potential heat loss problems. He was punctual, very professional and friendly. There is no need to take notes during the inspection as his report and the digital pictures (that were emailed to us) are a complete timeline of the inspection. I can clearly see why he is rated so highly on Homestars. I have recommended him to friends and family.

Manjur was extremly thorough while doing the inspection of the house I am purchasing. He looked at every little corner and made recommendations. He was friendly and I found him to be trustworthy. My parents and I are very pleased with his services.

He did 30 day inspection. He is very knowledgable and gave very valuable advise. It is very useful for us since we did low much about new home structure internals. The builder review the results and scheduled the time for fixing it. We felt its worh spending the money for inspection.

The inspector is very detailed on his work. Not only by his own opinion but backing up with tools, measures and photos. Even the sale agent have to recommend this inspector (I am choosing the inspector ). He has a thick Indian accent. We are thinking about hire again to inspect our current house to see what needs to be renovate.

Came to our home on time and was very professional. As a first time home owner, he answered all my questions and provided me with great tips/advice. Inspected the whole house (with infrared camera as well), took pictures and prepared a report to be sent to Tarion. Would highly recommend.

We recently hired this company to inspect a house. The engineer, Manjur Mirza, was very professional. He took his time in inspecting the house. After he was done, he provided us with a detailed report and explained all the details. He gave us rough estimates on costs of fixing issues that needed fixing right away and of future maintenance down the road. He later sent us copies of the pictures by email along with house maintenance guide. I will surely recommend this company to my friends and family.
