My family and I were coming up to our one year review in our newly built home and decided that we should invest in a home inspection to ensure that we didn't miss any important structural issues that might need addressing by our builder. We came across the reviews here and called to book an inspection a few weeks before our "1year" review withe the builder. Thank God we called.

Manjur spent hours thoroughly going through our home and to our surprise he came upstairs from our basement explaining that we had toxic mold growing all over our basement ceiling....in our brand new house! This was distressing enough, but in our case it was compounded by the fact that we have a two year old and a new born preemie just home from CHEO where she spent two weeks with lung issues. Obviously a house full of mold was hardly the right place for them.

Thanks to Manjur we were able to get the builder to address the mold quickly and efficiently and make our home safe for our family. We can't thank him enough!

We highly recommend that you call Manjur for your inspection. He photographed everything, referenced each point on the forms with the photos and didn't miss a thing. It is worth every penny!

Mr. Monjur, the owner of Reliable home inspection inspected two of my houses. Briefly, I am extremely satisfied with his service. He was so details. As a Service Technician for 10 years, I know a great Technician when I see one. Majur had all the proper tools in order to properly assess the property we were looking to buy. As a first time home buyer, it can sometimes be very intimidating and he made us feel like he was there for us and guided me through all the parts of our new home. He made sure we understood everything and even gave us tips on how to make our new home better. The part I liked the most about his services is the fact he did not want to skip out on the details.

Mr Manjur Mirza is a P. Eng and certified home inspector with great detail knowledge in home/building inspection. This is the 2nd home he inspected for me and I am very satisfied with his exceptional service and work he had done. He uses sophisticated technology and equipment for the inspection and explains every detail. He founded major structural defects and multiple other issues in my year end inspection which could be very costly in the future but they will fixed by the builder within Tarion guideline without any cost for me. He provided me the detail report along with pictures for reference; in addition to that he submitted entire report to Tarion on my behalf. I would hire Mr. Mirza/ Reliable Home Inspections again in my future need for home/building inspection and highly recommend to anyone looking for home/building inspection

First off, Manjur was very polite and courteous. I find that's always a good trait in contractors. He's also very knowledgeable and won't skip over any details. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions, he won't hesitate to answer. His thermal imaging device will also pick up a lot of things you wouldn't think of from just a visual inspection! Very awesome service, can't complain.

I have hired Reliable Home Inspection twice so far and I am very satisfied with their service. Mr. Manzur is extremely knowledgeable, very detailed and thorough in regards to his work. He is able to answer any questions/concerns you may have regarding your home. In my home, he has found numerous valid issues by using his sophisticated thermal imaging camera, which were later addressed by my builder.

Mr. Manjur did a really good job for me. When he is doing inspection, he explain me every single things he point out and answer all of my questions. I am 100% satisfy with his job, knowledge about Terion Warranty and professional manner. After inspection he gives me a nice report binder along with all pictures. His Thermal Imagine pictures helped me to understand heat losses and to find out missing insulation part behind the drywall. Do not hesitate to hire him.

First I would like to thank you ever so much for your absolutely perfect service. We had our year end home inspection done just yesterday and already I have referred you to people. Your attention to detail, accuracy, and dedication to your work is outstanding. You treated our house as if it was your own, and searched for any little thing that could be wrong, which is fantastic when dealing with a Home Builder and warranty.
