Our furnace wasn't working and we called the company to get it looked at. He came and did a diagnosis and figured out what the problem was. He called for parts, but couldn't make it there on time. So he called his company to purchase the replacement parts after hours. He went above and beyond to get the parts to fix the furnace. He did it in an efficient manner and we were very satisfied with the service. We were so pleased with the work, that we personally, contacted the company to compliment the serviceman.
