On Sunday afternoon, I discovered that there was no hot water, upon checking the hot water tank the pilot light had gone out. After unsuccessfully trying to relight the pilot light I decided that I needed to call First Call Heating.
On Monday, morning I called First Call Heating office, the receptionist was polite and very helpful in scheduling a technician to come to out.
Emailing me back a response that a technician will be coming out between 10:00 and 12:00 a.m.
Elliott, the technician emailing me that he was on his way. Elliott explained everything that I need to be aware of with an older hot water tank. Elliott, was very friendly and treated our home with much respect, taking of his shoes when I suggest he could leave them on. He replaced the thermo couple and relight the pilot light.
Elliott was still in the driveway and I decided to check the pilot light again and it went out. I went out to talk to Elliott, it was decided that the hot water tank need to be replaced.No one was available to do it that afternoon, however a new tank was arranged to be installed Tuesday morning which we were okay with us. Elliott took the time out to contact the office and arrange for a new tank be put in.
Elliott emailed me on Tuesday morning that he was on his way. His helper arrived shortly after Elliott. The work was under way.
Elliott and his helper did a great job in the replacement of the hot water tank that was being done. Great care was given to our home and the cleanup was great.
First Call Heating should be very proud of their office staff and technicians, as they very kind and helpful in looking after their clients.
First Call Heating installed our air conditioner and our heater in our garage. We are very please with the service they all have given us.
