I met Zul of Coleridge Homes when he came in on a complete basement renovation, and the building of composite deck and outdoor stairs. There were many adjustments and challenges in these jobs and they were completed in an expert and timely manner. Zul's attention to detail and cleanliness is very much appreciated from this picky customer. Over the past couple of years, Coleridge has also beautifully repaired our dining room ceiling from a major bathtub leak and performed many small repairs. No job is too big or too small.

Contractor was clean,curtious,on time,careful in all aspects of the job including putting drop sheets on floor not to track in outside elements.Everything was done in a timely professional manner,have since recommended him to several neighbors and friends with high regard.

I was introduced to Zul of Coleridge by a neighbour a few years back. He has been my go to guy since. He is honest. Respecftul and professional. He is patient with my requests and changes and treats my home like it’s his own. I started with smaller projects and have been building up to larger ones as time and finances allow. Coleridge Homes came to my home the same day I had asked for a quote and was able to finish my shelves within 2 days which I thought was impressive. I was assuming that it would take much longer but the owner (Zul Dhanji) was able to complete the work quickly and efficiently.

I also had to change the floors in my condo from carpet to hardwood. Zul was able to do the whole condo in 5 days and made sure all the appliances and furniture were covered before he started his work.

Coleridge Homes was very helpful and understanding when it came to my ideas and my budget and was always keeping me informed as each step was taken. I would definitely recommend their work to my friends and family and I will call them back this summer to do more work for me.

I had Coleridge Homes and Renovations come out and complete a laundry room and powder room renovation. I was provided a plan and was able to give input along the way. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was exteptionally neat and professional. I plan on using this company again in the near furture for a fence!
