Reborn Renovations

I can’t say enough about the team of people Reborn has. Especially my project manager Chris. First off, we heard nothing but horror stories, (about other companies) if we left the country , leaving them to accomplish the project in our absence. However this team was amazing! Down to the smallest details! Just ask Chris how picky I was. Chris was very reachable at all times and answered and solved all my questions. Designer Danielle was a great help in helping us make decisions. All in all I would highly recommend this company.

Our neighbours used Reborn to do a kitchen renovation including a cabinet refacing and the finished product looked great. We had custom cabinetry in our kitchen and family room that we wanted to reface and update so we brought in Reborn. As with any renovation, the mandate grew to include a tile floor removal, floor raising, new subfloor installation and construction of some new cabinets. Nathan was the Project Manager and he did an excellent job overseeing the project, offering great suggestions to improve our space. There were a few issues with the cabinet lacquering (completely resolved) and the
granite supplier (who I wouldn't recommend - excluding the installer Emam who I would rate a 10) but overall, we are very satisfied.

Reborn completed its second renovation on our home this spring on our second floor. We had Reborn come back to our property because we were so impressed with the work they did a few years ago on our main level. The quality of their work on the second project was as good as their first job. The workmanship. attention to detail and professionalism for all the tradespeople and project manager, Don, is nothing short of outstanding. Our house looks like new and we love the transformation that Reborn did. We recommend Reborn for any renovation work. You can trust them.

We have nothing to complain about this company. They were here at the time they stated they would. Igor project manager is easy to deal with and answered any questions we had. We like their product after installation is done.
We look forward to using this company again in the future very professional and courteous.

Reborn Renovations is an amazing company. From start to finish, staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Our renovations look better than we could have imagined. I am very happy with the work done by Reborn. What I appreciated most was a schedule/timeline was set, and it was met. What they said - they did. They were extremely professional from start to finish. Very satisfied with the work done. I would highly recommend them to others and I will be using them again for future projects.

We had Reborn add a laundry room and bathroom in our basement and they did a great job. The project manager Chris was always in touch and answered texts for any questions. You see Danielle the designer who does the blue prints and then you see her in the design studio where they have all the materials there so you can see how everything will look together. She then does a 3d diagram so you can see how everything will look with the products you pick. Since it was a smaller project Nathan did most of the work and did an awesome job and everything was completed on time. As with any reno there will be minor issues but it is how they are handled and fixed right away that was impressive. We would not hesitate to recommend Reborn.

We had some leaking water through our pot lights in our Kitchen and a hand rail that had detached as it wasn't in a stud, and a tub that wouldn't drain in cold weather. Frank from Reborn came out and assessed these issues fully, checked the roof for reasons for leakage in the pot lights, and addressed the two areas on the roof that required a better seal around a vent, and around some facia. He added additional insulation under our bay window, that is where the tub was and was likely leading to the pipes freezing slightly. He fixed the drywall on the ceiling around the potlights where there had been leaks and the drywall from where the hand rail had detached. He patched , sanded and painted the walls and ceiling so they all look brand new. All of this was done within two days. We were very impressed with Frank!

Make sure if you have any warranty work to be followed up on, that they put you in touch with Frank. He was fantastic!

Renovations make me nervous because I don't like the unexpected problems and challenges that come with it. However, Don and his team came with confidence and expertise that set my mind at ease. Don was a patient active listener who worked quickly to resolve all my issues and concerns. The contractors were respectful in our home and completed their work in a quality, timely manner. Danielle was a big help choosing our colors and style. She profiled our preferences very quickly and matched product to our taste. We love our new kitchen and we are glad we chose Reborn Renovations.

Reborn Renovations added an electric fireplace and floor to ceiling stone surround in my basement. Between Chris, Luke, & Trevor the entire process was seamless. This was a smaller job that they did not even have to take on. Not only were they willing to do it, they had it completed within 2 weeks of our initial meeting. Great to deal with, great communication and we are extremely happy with the finished product. I highly recommend using Reborn Renovations. Thanks guys!
