Warranty work on Renovation done
We had some leaking water through our pot lights in our Kitchen and a hand rail that had detached as it wasn't in a stud, and a tub that wouldn't drain in cold weather. Frank from Reborn came out and assessed these issues fully, checked the roof for reasons for leakage in the pot lights, and addressed the two areas on the roof that required a better seal around a vent, and around some facia. He added additional insulation under our bay window, that is where the tub was and was likely leading to the pipes freezing slightly. He fixed the drywall on the ceiling around the potlights where there had been leaks and the drywall from where the hand rail had detached. He patched , sanded and painted the walls and ceiling so they all look brand new. All of this was done within two days. We were very impressed with Frank!
