Reborn completed its second renovation on our home this spring on our second floor. We had Reborn come back to our property because we were so impressed with the work they did a few years ago on our main level. The quality of their work on the second project was as good as their first job. The workmanship. attention to detail and professionalism for all the tradespeople and project manager, Don, is nothing short of outstanding. We are very happy with the transformation of our mainfloor. ReBorn provided excellent design and planning support through their designer, Danielle of Kara Interior Design. She helped us to zero in on the look we wanted for our project and guided us, step by step to make the selections that would get us there. Some of the design time was covered by ReBorn, the addtional time and cost was no doubt a cost-saver that prevented errors in material purchases. We replaced our oak kitchen with new white cabinet doors and refinished gables. Danielle worked with us to design a new, BIG island that has created a wonderful focal point in our kitchen. Our family room cabinetry and railings were refinished to match the kitchen. We added hardwood flooring throughout. Our old sunshine ceiling has been replaced with potlights and under cabinet lighting. Our floorplan was openned up with the removal of railings. The workmanship by all tradesmen met a high standard. Every person who worked in our home was pleasant and skilled. Through the project, minor errors or concerns were addressed promptly, with a focus on customer satisfaction. We found the BuilderTrend system for communications and scheduling to be an excellent tool. We did face some delays that could have been avoided if this system had been used more consistently. We are pleased with our reno and would gladly have ReBorn back for future projects!
