The Reborn Team was exceptional! We were just about to sign with another company but after talking to Brett (the PM) for the first time, we decided to go with Reborn. From start to finish, Brett was patient, detail/solution-oriented and honest. He always took the time to listen to what we had to say and answered all our questions. The entire project team (painter, exterior GCs) was professional, courteous and clean — they left the site clean each day. Danielle (the interior designer) was a amazing as well. She gave excellent recommendations and was super responsive. The project finished on-budget. The Reborn team did a top-notch job and we would absolutely work with them again on our next job. We have done a few home renovation projects in the past, and this was hands-down the best experience we’ve had with a contractor.

Fabulous! We chose Reborn as they came highly recommended. Efficiency, communication and detail oriented made working with them a positive experience. From the initial meeting to selections and project managing, everything was smooth and comfortable, they never made us feel pressured. We will definitely be recommending Reborn to our friends and family and will be using them for future projects.

After have different projects done with Reborn in past the past that have turned out great. When it was time to remodel bathrooms we knew who to call right away. Bob came out and gave us a great quote that was right within our budget. Next we met with Danielle who used her design experience to put together the best colors, vanities, tiles to put everything together.

Murray was our project manager and he has been amazing. From the start of the project to the end. Murray came in on day 1 and was organized, communicating with me every step of the way. Brought suggestions to the project to make things better based on things he has seen in the past. Murray’s attention to detail is the best I have ever seen. After Murray finishing everything, I was able go through everything from floor to ceiling not picking out a single thing that needed to be addressed or retouched.

I find it’s always the small details that make the biggest difference, and was this true with Murray.

I would recommend Reborn Renovations to anyone out there. They have done a basement remodel, a kitchen remodel, and these bathroom remodels for us. Every one of these projects have ended with me being extremely happy with the results. Great team no matter who I have dealt with. From everyone working at reborn, to the sub contractors that they choose to partner with.

We had high hopes for this company, but it turned out to be a bust. Our kitchen reno took 6 months and was fraught with mistakes and delays. We were told 3 weeks without a kitchen- turned out to be 3 months which was very hard on our family of 5. Crickets from the owners even though they knew how unhappy we were. After completion they hit us with 7K in 'upgrades'. They were not transparent about all the costs. We were going to take them to court, but ended up settling for just under half.

We have a deck above our garage that we suspected was the source of water leaks into our garage. Reborn came out and confirmed that this was the likely source as the deck above our garage was not built correctly. Wooden railing and the lack of a properly installed waterproof barrier were the culprits. Reborn did a great job revamping the deck. They were very accommodating with our cosmetic choices as well, working with us on the design of a more appealing railing. During construction, Reborn found a second deck under the first deck that also had to be removed. They also discovered the lack of a water barrier under the siding near the deck on the house. Both of these issues were fixed at minimal cost to us. Reborn was adamant about completing the job properly and we were very appreciative of that. We haven't had any water issues since. Reborn did a great and highly professional job.

We unfortunately purchased a home from a shoddy builder and paid the price! We suffered from some severe attic rain that affected the whole top floor of our house all the way to the ceiling of the main floor along with some other parts of the main floor. New home warranty walked away from us, as well as our insurance and we had no where to turn. Thankfully Reborn Renovations agreed to take on our project. Jeff was very informative and took the time to explain the project as it progressed and made sure that things were done correctly so we wouldn't suffer the same fate the coming winter. He was very hands on and up front with us. I would definitely recommend Reborn Renovations to others and would use them if we had any other projects in the future.

Our 1960s basement was an absolute mess: leaky bathroom, poorly vented dryer, suicide stairs that would never pass code. Murray, our Project Manager, from Reborn was the absolute best! He worked with us to construct a floor plan that suited our needs, stayed within budget, communicated openly about hiccups and was solution-oriented. Not only we would recommend this company, but we will be personally requesting Murray for all our future renovations. You could not be in better hands.

We’ve now hired Reborn Renovations twice to complete exterior work on our home. First, we were forced to replace the siding on our home after water was found to be entering our home. This was a very stressful time, but working with Brett and his team made the whole process positive. Brad and Denny were extremely competent at their work, explained issues they encountered along the way, and always had a solution. We again hired Reborn to replace our aging deck. This was again, a very positive experience. We will work with them again.
