Reborn Renovations

Completed on budget. A little late but not unexpected with the pandemic, and additional work I added at the last minute, and more than a few times. They were responsive to any issues and changes made.

RR did a basement for us. The basement was completely empty with bare walls. Not only RR experts helped us with design and remodel, but also corrected a ton of issues original home builder has made. We really enjoyed the process of quote, design selection, trades confirmation, project start. Project Manager (Jessie) was excellent! The fridge and furnature were late, so we planned together how to overcome shcedule challenges and not to stop all work before stuff arrives.

My full home renovation with Reborn was only made possible with the excellent work of the Project Manager Rick. He made sure everything was completed correctly throughout the challenging renovation and treated my house as if it was his own. If you work with Reborn, request that Rick be your Project Manager and you will not be disappointed!

We hired Reborn Renovations to renovate our kitchen and laundry area of our home. The entire project from start to finish went surprisingly well considering how stressful renovations can be. The company has a built in design process which we liked very much. Choosing materials and finishes can be very overwhelming but the system Danielle the designer uses is very efficient in helping the clients choose those finishes. We are so happy with the final results. Our PM Rick was just fantastic in answering our questions and concerns immediately and helped solve any issues that came up.
The trades he brought in were respectful and took pride in their workmanship. We look forward to working with Reborn on future projects!

We used Reborn Renovations for our upstairs renovation, including a bathroom remodel, and couldn't be happier with the quality results. My entire condo was gutted and renovated by Reborn over a period of 4 months. At the initial start there was a significant glitch/disagreement which stalled the renovation. Reborn committed to resolving our differences and did so satisfactorily. The end product is a high quality amazing condo that flows from room to room. We contracted Reborn Renovations to do a kitchen renovation, including a layout re-design, replacing existing cabinets, countertops, lighting, new appliances with built-ins, and building a dry bar into our living room.
The project manager, Steve, was amazing - he was professional, responsive, and just an absolute joy to work with. The trades people for various aspects of the job (electrician, plumber, etc.) were all equally as professional and responsive to any issues with the Reno. The design, although seemingly efficient, could have been addressed with more care and attention by the designer, as we found we were doing damage control to errors in the initial design of our Reno. Also troubling was the way we were treated by the superintendent of the project, who was less-than-professional when dealing with certain issues. I offered to pay for something on credit card to speed payment (as we were awaiting the bank to release funds), and I was told “why should we pay the credit card fees so that you can get loyalty points? Why don’t you take a cash advance from your credit card and pay us”… Because YOU are the business that ACCEPTS CREDIT CARDS…and that’s the cost of doing business when you accept credit cards! I have never been spoken to like that by someone as a customer who’s spending thousands of dollars in their business.
Thankfully, employees like Steve and the other customer-facing representatives made the experience worthwhile.

Reborn handled our whole main floor renovation that included a relocation of our kitchen in an older 1979 home.

Everyone we worked with was professional, detailed and organized. We couldn’t be happier with our renovation! Steve our project manager was just a delight to work with. He was so well organized and had amazing communication every step of the way.

We had Reborn complete a deck extension for us. Other than a few supply delays, which couldn’t be avoided, and small adjustments to our plan, our project was completed smoothly. The two contractors that completed most of the work onsite were friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with.
