Reborn Renovations was a total bust.
We had high hopes for this company, but it turned out to be a bust. Our kitchen reno took 6 months and was fraught with mistakes and delays. We were told 3 weeks without a kitchen- turned out to be 3 months which was very hard on our family of 5. Crickets from the owners even though they knew how unhappy we were. After completion they hit us with 7K in 'upgrades'. They were not transparent about all the costs. We were going to take them to court, but ended up settling for just under half.

Your project manager Vito was completely blindsided and devastated by your review. At no point did you reach out to our site superintendent with any concerns. We agree the renovation took longer than it should have but this 1/10 review is unjustified, and you omitted the fact that a family member flooded a large portion of your home shortly before we were supposed to start your kitchen renovation. Reborn changed gears to accommodate your insurance claim and completed the many extra repairs while trying to also complete the initial kitchen renovation. The scope of your project grew and unfortunately so did the timeline and overall cost. The renovation turned out beautiful and we hope you and your family enjoy it.
