I moved into a home with a complicated system, that I was completely unfamilar with. I had no idea where to start. Deson seemed well informed and the quote was detailed and reasonable. Rob came in and clearly laid out the challenges around maintinace, upkeep and repair. Rob systematically organized the functioning of the system and provided me with a tutorial and understanding of maintainace and function. Rob even followed up after the job was done and paid. You don't find that kind of responsible service and workmanship anymore. I strongly recommend Deson's stress free service.

Stay away.
Rob (or his invoice person) will look to add charges to your invoice that was not agreed upon prior to completing the job.
This person (could be Rob or invoice person) will charge you a service fee of $200 to check work that is faulting/tripping (less than 2 months later) before they will assess their work.
Already had an issue. Ended up selling me a panel because the other one was tripping. Well so is this new one.
This is work they did. Not someone else's work. Their work!
Stay away at all cost unless you don't care to pay more later. There are more honest company's out there.

When our septic pump stopped working we contacted Robert. He was able to come out early the next morning and replace our aged pump and other components that had stopped working. Obviously this is not a job that can wait! The job was done quickly and professionally and the site was cleaned up completely.

Robert gave me a fair price while another company was trying to rip me off. When we had an electrical issue afterwards Robert returned, on a holiday no less, with his electrician to make sure everything was working properly. Would call him again.
