I contacted Architectural Iron Work by email, explained what I needed done and the specific look of the railing. I sent some sample photos and Asad turned around a design in no time, came out to measure our porch and within 8 weeks was back on site to install our new railing that looks unbelievable. Asad and Myram are super easy to work with and take great detail to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

I hired Asad & Maryam at Architectural Iron work when we were looking to complete the railings for our office showroom. Asad came to take all the measurements and provide helpful tips on the different styles of railings that he would recommend Asad & Maryam were very easy to deal with and would come by any time we called for any questions. The job was completed in a fast professional manor. We are very satisfied with the work, and have received several compliments it has changed the room completely I would highly recommend Architectural Iron Work to every one they are an amazing company to deal with.

It actually took us several months to get everything done since we were switching our carpeted stairs to hardwood. We contacted Architectural Iron Work in October (2013) through e-mail and worked with Asad's wife, Maryam, who is the office manager in getting everything set up and ready for install. She is extremely easy to work with and very polite and pleasant. Asad and his installers are also very friendly and polite.

Our hardwood installation was finished in early December but due to uncontrollable circumstances, the in-home measurement wasn't done until early January. In the end, the railings were installed yesterday (Feb 4, 2014) and we are pleased how they came out. We are especially happy with the removable piece that covered the edges of the pie-shaped pieces of the stairs because it will allow for easier movement when moving furniture and such. We thank Asad for taking that particular area of our staircase into consideration.

We are deducting 1 star for the following: Along the way, there seemed to be a slight misunderstanding or miscommunication which may have been in error in my part since I wasn't sure of the procedures for in-home measurements. What happened was that after we received our install date for the hardwood flooring, I relayed that fact to Maryam but I didn't specify when it would be because I didn't figure it was necessary. An appointment for the final measurements for the railings was made in the meantime but when Asad arrived, he didn't seem to know whether or not we were looking for indoor or outdoor railings. What's more was that we were told that the measurements couldn't be taken until the hardwood was installed.

We were concerned about having no railing for several weeks and was given no alternative or suggestions for a temporary railing (which our hardwood installer did for us out of safety concerns).

I feel that Asad's unnecessary trip could have been avoided had I received a friendly reminder that, if changing from carpet to hardwood, measurements couldn't be done until the change was complete. And it would have been appreciated if, even if it wasn't something the company could do, we could have been pointed in the right direction of having some temporary railings put in while we waited for the final product.

Aside from this, we are satisfied with our experience with Architectural Iron Work and would recommend them to family and friends.

Assad was a pleasure to work with. He arrived to provide an initial consultation and quote on time. The quote was received with drawings within days . He and his staff then completed the project within the promised time frame and at the agreed upon price.The installation was done in tough winter conditions , looks great and functions as it should. I had a horrible experience with buying my first set of stairs and I called Asad at Architectural Iron Works and he came to the rescue. I learned that its really important to do my homework and find the right person to make your stairs, especially if you have an older home. I had to throw out the first set of stairs that I paid for because they were so poorly constructed. It was an expensive lesson. I learned that building stairs is a true art. My stairs were a difficult project, but Asad took his time and came several times to measure to make sure it was done right. I would hire Asad again without question.

Mr Mehrabi did an excellent job on our front railings. He was very methodical and professional when giving us an estimate and gave us very good advice on the design. I will include a photo of the railings later. Thank you for a good job done.

Was recommended to Ironworks by Gren Weis for a very specialized and architectural school logo. Finished product was beautifully finished in the factory but skillfully installed and looks wonderful. I would like to use this company again!

Asad was extremely accomodating when arranging to provide a quote. He suggested galvanizing to lessen maintenance. Asad was very thorough in explaining in detail the steps in preparing the railing for installation. Asad's men were very efficient when installing the railing and clean up afterwards. The railing is everything I hoped it would be. I am very happy and would definitely call Asad for any other work that I need or would recommend his company to any of my friends.
