I had several quotes before my meeting with Asad from Architectural Iron Works
His top competitors disappointed me. They were late, unprepared, and arrogant. To them I was asking for the world and what I wanted was near impossible to make at least according to them. They told me the railing would have to be handcrafted not fabricated and would cost $8000.00 or more. One company worker went as far as to compare me to his to wife. He laughed and said “you’re just like my wife; she always wants what I can’t give her.”
I was very discouraged and angry at this point however I needed a railing so I continued my search on Home Stars. My search ended with Asad from Architectural Iron Works. I called them and set up an appointment for a quote.
Within a few days I found a rather simple quiet polite gentleman greeting me before our appointment was to begin. He carried a briefcase and he had the pictures that I had sent prior to our meeting. I asked him bluntly “can you make the railing in the picture?” He nodded. What I liked about Asad is he told me what he could do for me instead of what he couldn’t do
He measured everything which took minutes closed his briefcase and said “not to worry we will make you the railing you want and it will be beautiful you will see” and he shook my hand. Weeks later they called and said it was finished and they returned to install it. It was a very smooth professional transaction that I didn’t need to worry about. A home owner needs someone who they can rely on and who has your best interest at heart. Asad is definitely that person. His work is beautiful and solid. My house is no palace by any means however the railing is magnificent and more importantly exactly what I wanted. It didn’t cost $8000.00 either; it was a fraction of that

Architectural Iron Works was the only company I could find that could create this modern railing between my dining room and the steps to the lower level. It was a welcome change to have the actual owner of the company do the work himself. Despite some challenges adhering the railing to my wall (firewall behind), Asad was calm and persistent until the job was complete. It has been several months now and the railing is still attached to the wall just as securely as when it was originally done. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They are honest, hard working people and treat customers with respect.

I was very pleased with Architectural Iron Works. They helped me choose the right railing and installed it when they said they would. For some reason it did not get Galvanized at the time of installation. Two years later I called Asad to let him know that I saw some rust and he quickly came to see my railing and said he would remove it and have it galvanized. I am not sure how we communicated about the Galvanizing..but my railing was taken down, galvanized and returned to me in a very short time span and it came back beautiful!!!

Asad did a great job for us we renovated our home and added two new balconies to our home. He worked with me to make sure the design would match what we had done with the rest of the house. When he came to install i surprised how great it all looked.
