Shortly after we moved into our charming 1920’s house in East Toronto, we found ourselves with a wet basement extension. We called Fairney & Sons (on the recommendation of a coworker) along with a few other contractors. Bill was the first one to respond and came by that same day to take a look. The work is done properly, to code, and the price is extremely fair considering the high level of quality and detailed finishes.
