We had several instances of our toilet overflowing and called Mr. Rooter. They were able to get someone out the very next day and gave us two quotes - to replace or repair. We chose to replace our (old) toilet and Bruce came the very next morning. He was professional and quick and didn't suggest we do work that wasn't necessary. Shortly after we moved into our charming 1920’s house in East Toronto, we found ourselves with a wet basement extension.
