We are homeowners in downtown Toronto's Leslieville neighbourhood. Bill and his team of contractors (masonry, carpentry, gas and electrical) were professional, communicative and courteous; they arrived and departed in a timely manner, and cleaned and tidied up after themselves on a daily basis. They were also accommodating when additional unexpected tasks were requested/required. The work on a new fence and deck were excellent. We've used Fairney and Sons often in the past, and will continue to do so in the future. - David & Daniel
