We are homeowners in downtown Toronto's Leslieville neighbourhood, rebuilding our back deck. Brandon/LTD was subcontracted to install our new natural gas line to our BBQ and fire table. He was professional, communicative/transparent, courteous, patient and very thorough. When there was a problem with our new BBQ, he spent significant time contacting the manufacturer to help resolve the issue. Excellent work - highly recommended.

Bill and his team of contractors (masonry, carpentry, gas and electrical) were professional, communicative and courteous; they arrived and departed in a timely manner, and cleaned and tidied up after themselves on a daily basis. They were also accommodating when additional unexpected tasks were requested/required. The work on a new fence and deck were excellent. We've used Fairney and Sons often in the past, and will continue to do so in the future. - David & Daniel
