P.D.R (Plumbing Done Right)

Based on the good review, we called Randy and asked him to come install two new toilets. The day before installation he called and said his son, who is also a plumber, will come install the toilets. Jordan came and set about installing the toilets, and he also helped out with fixing a shower that had no hot water - he replaced the cartridge.

After Jordan left, we discovered the toilet upstairs was leaking and dripping through the ceiling to the kitchen. We called Randy but said he could not come over that same day and that he and Jordan would come the next morning.

In the meantime we were left high-and-dry. So we figured out how to switch off the water to the toilet as we did not want further damage to our home.

Next day, after two additional calls, we finally got Randy on the phone, who sent Jordan to look at fixing the leaky toilet mid afternoon. The toilet was fixed and there is no leak now. BUT our drywall is damaged in the kitchen and P.D.R. did not offer to fix the damage.

We also had to do some caulking ourselves on the upstairs toilet as it was rocking a bit.
