Mr. Rooter

The young man who serviced our kitchen sink clog was excellent. The price to snake our clog was outrageous. 2 years ago we paid 200 today it was over 500. WOW for an hour, no parts required.

Update: I have called other plumbers to see if the going rate was the same as this is what I was told by Mr. Rooter. The other companies actually apologized that we paid so much for this service. I'm now changing the review to 1 star and that is for the tech. I also see many reviews stating the same ridiculous pricing. Phone around and get a price that actually matches the work being done!!

Spoke with a service manager and was told the owners make the pricing and they cannot do anything about it. I will never call them again.

Came here and ran the water in my sink and bathtub for about 5 minutes, and didn't fix the problem, or at the very least even diagnose anything, didn't bring one tool inside, or even try to fix anything and charged me $287 terrible business

Called in Mr rooter for a smell when draining a sink or tub into my septic tank they told me on the phone it was a 230 diagnostic fee so I booked them then they never booked me in so I called back and had to reschedule my appointment. Then they come out and my wife was home alone when they arrived so she told them all about what was going on. Before even looking at anything then said they need to put a camera down the pipe to inspect for cracks so she agreed they then told my wife we need a new septic system due to it not draining and said when running 2 taps the tanks filled 3 inches (impossible) and that the bottoms of my concrete tank is sagged out then quoted us 45000$ to replace the system and charged us 827 for them to come out 600 for the camera down the pipe and 180$ for a helper to come out witch was an apprentic. On the recipe it states that the helper fee does not qualify for apprentices. I called them out on it and they got defensive including when I mentioned I got a second opinion on the septic system and the other company said it was fine and Mr rooter ripped us off. Talked to a lot of people about this company and they all said they are a rip off and should not be allowed to be in business. Then I asked for pictures of my septic system and all I got back was pictures of my hot water tank and this was the owner of this branch and he snooped around my yard.

Very horrid experience. Problem fixed in 20 minutes and charged almost $300. Owner does not talk to customer and agent told me there is no refund for overcharge. Worker knew he had wronged me byoverchargong.

Terrible service. Took them almost 5 hours to fix a clog. The entire time he was constantly on the phone asking for help, anytime I got an update on the situation he never had any idea on the issue. 4 hours in another plumber showed up, I had no idea he was coming, he just helped himself in, didn't introduce himself or acknowledge me until he wanted his money. They then deemed the issue as an "unusual circumstance" to try and jack the price. After talking with several other plumber companies all saying they weren't surprised about the situation being related to Mr. Roooters I was about to kick them out. Right when I was about to open my mouth they said they fixed the issue. They then pushed for all these extras I didnt need (I already had them). Very frustrating to deal with. Once they left I fell in the kitchen due to the floors still being soaked, as well as my bathroom. Both the kitchen and bathroom also had mud everywhere, most likely from their shoes. I thought it was all done once I cleaned it all up... When I went to wash my hands the bathroom sink was leaking. I went to check under the kitchen sink and it too was leaking. When I called them to ask for them to come back they blamed the pipes instead of themselves and wanted even more money to come back and fix THEIR problem.

Respectful but ok. Helped out but my sinks are still clogged. They gave me some products to buy to put in sinks but again not draining properly. Had to call again to get snaked. The young man who came was really nice and respectful.

Mr. Rooter replaced my leaking water heater and advised me that my bathroom plumbing needed upgrading. They also replaced the 'heat tape' on the water pipe underneath my mobile. Great work and friendly, responsive staff.
