Imran did a great job. He serviced my gas fireplace and got it working properly. He arrived when he said, he was polite, very knowedgable and detailed. I would definitely recommend him.

Our Gas Fireplace would not light. It hadn't been serviced for about 5 years, the glass was smoggy and the brass trimming
was tired. Imran arrived the same day I telephoned, with a smile on his face, and politely and efficiently went about the task of repairing the fireplace. When he left, the gas fireplace looked almost new, with the lighting mechanism working perfectly. I am totally satisfied and would definitely call again if I should experience problems in the future. We inherited a gas fireplace when we bought our home few years ago. We decided to have Imran from Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs come in to have a look at it because it was not working at all. I called Imran because he came highly recommended by the chimney specialist that is working on my chimney. Imran picked up the phone on the first call, booked the appointment within 3 days and came to my house on time. I asked him to evaluate why an old gas log set wasn't working and if it could be fixed to work again. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck and had our fireplace working again in less than an hour. He took the time to help me remove an old screen and arranged the log set so that the fire looks like the real thing. He also took lots of time to explain the problem and resolution. Will definitly call again for maintenance of our gas fireplaces.

Mr. Emamdee finally did what 4 technicians from our regular service failed to do. (Those other 4 kept fixing the wrong thing and totally missed the actual problem.) At last, we have a working fireplace. Very grateful. Wish we'd found him in October.

They have a big selection of fireplaces that are so beautiful that we are looking for. For our house great staff and very helpful and could answer all of our questions that we had for them and ideas.

Large selection, friendly and knowledgeable sales staff (answered all questions, offered ideas and alternatives, went the extra step to meet our requirements) punctual and professional technicians. The boss called after insatllation to check if we were satisfied. Great experience!

He was on time, thorough and very tidy. I wasn't quite sure what to do about the fireplace. He gave me good advice about my options. Very fair and straightforward. Appreciate his honesty and candor which in turn saved me additional time and money!

Imran could not remove the fireplace glass as installation from previous fireplace company was not done properly. Imran waited until the previous contrector came to remove the glass so that he would not have to return to do the cleaning and maintenance service. Once the glass was removed, the service proceeded effectively. All in all, very satisfied to get the job done properly in one day!!
