Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs

We have a fireplace that has not worked properly in 17 years. Our challenge was to replace or repair. After meeting Imran, we took his advise and decided to repair. Not only did you get it up and working again but it looked better than new. Imran is professional, knowledgeable about the product and a very pleasant person.

I have 2 gas fireplaces that weren't functioning properly. Imran arrived, diagnosed the problems quickly (spiders and dust :-)) and cleaned my fireplaces so they look and function like new. He also provided great info about how the flame should look, how often they should be serviced, etc. Very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend. Please keep in mind cost was for both fireplaces and service call.

Imran was fabulous and worked wonders on an old fireplace that we were going to replace. We thought it was beyond repair. He fixed it and made it look better than new! Imran was truly top notch when it comes to quality of service and professionalism but it was only by chance and out of a bad situation that I was able to discover him. Imran took the time to explain the possible problems that I could face down the road because of the age of my insert but he also took the time to ensure I knew how to re-light the pilot light should it ever go out and put my mind at ease of all my gas fears. He also did some 'above and beyond' services that he didn't charge for. Whereas the previous serviced guy couldn't wait to leave and wasn't helpful, Imran really ensured I understood all issues and how to problem solve them should anything go wrong. I was truly impressed on all levels with Imran's quality of work and professionalism and look forward to having him now as our permanent and long term gas service person.

Imran made a long drive on a Sunday morning to come look at our old, malfunctioning fireplace. I had previously been told that the valve needed to be replaced ($700-800 job), but Imran very quickly found that the valve was, in fact, fine. He showed me how to fix a very simple problem with our switch. Great--job done, and he left. An hour later our fireplace suddenly stopped working. I called Imran, who was nearly home again after another long drive, and he immediately told me he was turning around to come back. He found that the wiring was aging and unreliable, and soon had things rewired. Our fireplace (17 years old) is now running like new again. Imran is a very honest man who cares more about doing the job right and keeping standards of high integrity than making an easy dollar. I really appreciate that and highly recommend him.
