Imran was able to come within 48h from when we called, despite being very busy. He was very friendly, professional, and did an excellent and efficient job on our fireplace. He gave us great tips, advice, and left with our fireplace looking practically brand new. I would definitely be using Imran again in the future, and recommend that you do, too.

My home was listed for sale when I discovered that I didn't know how to turn on the fireplace in an area that my son had occupied. When I called & asked he reminded me that it had not worked when we moved in - at least six years ago! I had an inspection scheduled and was really anxious that nothing be in anything other than good working order. Imran was so kind, juggling his schedule to fit me in and identifying and fixing the problem despite the tight deadline that I had and also being almost out of his area. I moved into a 30 year old townhouse over the summer. There is only baseboard heat (expensive!) and a free standing gas fireplace. The fan seemed to run constantly and it did not seem consistently responsive to the drop in temperature in the house. Imran arrived promptly and spotted the trouble immediately. He did a great job cleaning and testing the unit. All in perfect working order now. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs these services.

Imran came to my house exactly on time. Treated my home as if it was his own in terms of keeping everything clean. He efficiently maintained two of my gas fireplaces, cleaning all parts, improved the flame quality, and taught me how to adjust the heat. Friendly, efficient, and professional
