Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs

Once again Imran was here to clean and maintain our gas fireplace. As usual he was a delight too have in our home. Full of information and advice re our aging fireplace which, thanks to him, is safe and still working. His wife answers the phone and is delightful to speak with, and Imran is a pleasure to have working in our home. Many thanks again Imran ... we will be in touch when the fireplace changes or at the very least next fall for our cleaning. We have no hesitation in giving him a 10 out of 10.

I called Imran after the Enercare technician (with who I have a service plan) could not even open my fireplace to service it after trying for 30 minutes.
I went on the internet and found Imran. Upon reading the reviews on Homestars I can truly say that Imran is a scholar and gentleman. He rectified all my issues at a most reasonable price and treated me like a family member. Do not hesitate to call him if you have a issue with your fireplace. Imran Emamdee serviced a gas firepit and a fireplace. He provided some of the best service I have ever had. He did his best to be cost effective and efficient. If you need to wait for an appointment, it will be worth it.

My gas fireplace stopped functioning properly. I sent Imran a note (using Homestars) - he called me back within 1 hour! He then came and serviced the unit within a couple of days. Although due to how the unit was installed, Imran did not have perfect access to its main components, he found a way to work around that. Also, he tried first to see if the problem can be fixed at the lowest cost for me. Luckily it was just a spider-web causing the issue. He had to be persistent to find it and remove it though. Imran was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional. Clearly he is driven by the desire of doing a perfect job and looking after his clients' interest instead of chasing a quick buck. Our gas fireplaces were not functioning well, and they were filthy. We didn't realize that regular cleaning was required to keep them in good functioning order. We called Imran and he showed up very quickly. He was very friendly and helpful and informed us about the proper upkeep of the fireplaces. He made them look fantastic.

Imran serviced two of our fireplaces. We had been told by another repair company that we had a ventilation problem with one fireplace.Imran said that would have been an expensive and unnecessary repair. So nice to have an honest man repair what only needs to be repaired .

I called Imran earlier in the season and he was away, I was very impressed he followed up with me on his return to ensure I had my fireplaces checked before the busy fall/winter season. He checked and cleaned three gas fireplaces and as always was prompt, courteous and provided excellent service and recommendations. I will use his services again and would recommend him to anyone.

Imran returned my phone call within 10 minutes. We set up a time for him to come out later that week and I let him know that if he had time and could come earlier that would be great. He called me two days early and came over to complete the job. Disconnected my fireplace wiring and capped the line. As we were removing the fireplace, I was curious to see how much space we had available in behind. He kindly cut out a piece of the drywall for me and it gave us a couple of ideas that lead to us adding more space to our plans. A couple of days later, our general contractor started a job earlier than anticipated and as part of our project they had to take out the cooktop and disconnect our gas line to dismantle the cabinets and remove and start removing tile. On a Sunday, Imran retuned my call quickly again and came by the same day within 3 hours to cap the line so we could continue our job. Friendly gentlemen and would highly recommend.

We have an older gas fireplace and Imran has been very prompt and helpful in keeping it serviced, while minimizing expense and repairs. He answers calls quickly and provides excellent advice, cost estimates and repairs. We trust and feel fortunate to know him.
