I have used the services of Plumber's Direct on several occasions and have always been completely satisfied. I own a small apartment building and on one occasion the hot water tank leaked and flooded the basement. I immediately called Plumber's Direct and explained the situation. They came over right away and assessed the problem. Within a couple of hours the tank was replaced and the area completed cleaned up. Very professional people to deal with.
When they arrived, I could tell they understood what good customer service is. They told me straight what the problem was and gave me a few options and then did the work as I requested. Peter and his staff were very polite, friendly and the uniform's are a nice touch (many contractors look like they just crawled out of bed).
