We needed an additional sump pump with battery backup. PlumbersDirect provided excellent service, from the booking and fee quote by Joyce, to the installation by Tenzin, assisted by Jenaid. We've used Tenzin for years. He is highly knowledgeable and excellent workmanship.

We had a major basement drain flooding and Joyce and Andrew handled the emergency repair quickly and professionally. Great customer service by both of them in a situation where we were desperate and couldn't run water or flush toilets at all in the house.

I knew (hoped) I would have a positive experience with Plumbers Direct from my first messages exchanged with Joyce. She was informative and helpful, giving me information about replacing my broken equipment at no cost due to Moen's fantastic lifetime warranty. I had no idea and would have unknowingly paid for the part had I used a different plumbing co. The quote I was given was very competitive so I was glad to be able to hire Plumbers Direct.
Day of job went smoothly. Tenzin had to made an adjustment because the new part wasn't exactly the same as the old one but he dealt with it with a bit of extra work and a fair charge for the difference. The work (he also re-caulked the tub) was well done. I've not had to book a plumber up until now and I'm glad to know right away which company to call should I need one again. Thanks guys.

Flawless communication and a fair price. Plumber and helper 900 for half day is ok. Even came up with a solution to save me 600 more in cost. I will be a repeat customer.

Plumber Tenzin arrived with new toilet... toilet, installation and taxes included in the approx cost noted. Highly recommended and will certainly use their services in the future.

If I could give twenty stars I would. I called with a toilet emergency and Joyce answered the phone! That in itself deserves five stars. Joyce listened to my problem and was kind enough to push my emergency to the top of the work list. Shortly, Tenzin arrived and got to work instantly. In only half hour we had a perfect flushing toilet. If it were up to Tenzin he would have cleaned my whole bathroom he was very thorough. This plumbing operation runs smoothly, professionally and at a very reasonable price.
