back water valve couldn't pass the inspection because it wasn't installed proper and wasn't slope, the drain was made at higher level and the water couldn't reach the drain also no trap was installed so sewer smell was coming in the basement, outside porch stairs were too steep,unsafe to use and Steve,president,left without completing the job which we had to use unsafe with no railing stairs during winter.
