back water valve couldn't pass the inspection because it wasn't installed proper and wasn't slope, the drain was made at higher level and the water couldn't reach the drain also no trap was installed so sewer smell was coming in the basement, outside porch stairs were too steep,unsafe to use and Steve,president,left without completing the job which we had to use unsafe with no railing stairs during winter. We hired another contractor to re do Steve's work and at the end we had paid twice for the same job and have lost our trust He told us that he was licensed but never showed us his licence when we asked him

Wanted others to know about the difficulties I had with this contractor. Very friendly, with creative ideas and sounds like he can accomplish what he says he will do. This did not happen for me. We had a pay schedule which I kept up but his renovations fell behind. He went on to other work and kept saying he would finish- popping back in occasionally to do something. It is a month a a a half after it was to be finished and my basement is still a construction zone. He does not communicate well about the budget as problems arise. I am left with this mess and do not want others to be taken in by him.

We hired Konetix through the referral of a friend to complete a variety of renovations in our 23 year old home. Keval & Joe worked dillgently to complete our desired tasks to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely use them again for furture renovations & would highly recommend them to anyone in need of contracting services. Great work guys - THANKS! :)
