As far as I (obviously not an expert) could tell, he did a very thorough job helping identify and fixing any issues. They also were fantastic at customer service, both in the initial phone call making the appointment and on site. They explained well what was needed and I never felt condescended to as new homeowners who had no idea what we were doing or even what we needed to ask for. They upsold on cleaning the furnace and a better filter, but it was never pushy and I truly felt like they were looking to give us a better product not just make more money. During the call, they were attentive to factors like not letting the cat out.
