I'm very happy with the whole experience. They showed up when they said they would, were respectful of me and my home, and explained what they were doing.

They did up sell me, not agressively, for a furnace and ac clean and an electrostatic washable filter. I needed both anyway and the prices made it well worth it!

I have already recommended them to 2 of my colleagues who were looking for a trustworthy duct cleaning company.

Cleaned my Ducts in a clean and efficient manner. They also suggested to clean my furnace while they were here, my air feels/smells really clean.

The owner and accomplice showed up on time and completed the job within the specified time. They cleaned out all vents and hooked up a very powerful suction that got out all the gunk. I asked for a before and after picture but it wasn't supplied, no big deal.
There was an 'extra' charge for cleaning out the fan blades. I opted to do this and paid for it, but in hindsight, I think this part was a cash grab. They did a fine job otherwise though. Will use them again, won't pay for that additional service though.

Orsan air services came to clean the ducts in my house, the furnace, the AC coils and the dryer vent. A team of two arrived. They were very nice, timely and thorough. Left the place clean.
