I'm very happy with the whole experience. They showed up when they said they would, were respectful of me and my home, and explained what they were doing. They did up sell me, not agressively, for a furnace and ac clean and an electrostatic washable filter. I needed both anyway and the prices made it well worth it! I have already recommended them to 2 of my colleagues who were looking for a trustworthy duct cleaning company.
